How long does my order take to ship?

We ship twice per week! We ship on Mondays and Thursdays. For Monday ship-out, orders must be in by 5pm Sunday. For Thursday ship-out, orders must be in by Wednesday by 5pm. National Holidays (ofcourse) may occasionally affect the ship dates.

We Do Not Ship products once the daily temps reach 90+ degrees Fahrenheit. High temps can degrade the honey’s enzymes, as well as melt our other product. Likewise, we do not ship if temps are below 20 degrees Fahrenheit. We appreciate your understanding!

If you are Local to the Rogersville, MO area, we also meet up with customers 2x per week so that you can save the shipping costs!

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to offer international shipping.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns/refunds unless there is an obvious defect with the product.
